C4C129 You're a Hoot!

It's Frances's birthday and she deserves to be celebrated so we're making cards and/or projects featuring her very favorite critter, OWLS, over a the Crazy 4 Challenges Blog!!

I used my awesome Owl Punch from SU! and a sentiment from a CTMH stamp set to create this card!
